DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
ArtMaterialsOnline intends that all products sold are of the finest quality and free from defects. Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If there is a problem such as freight damage or defects with any product you have ordered, please contact us immediately via e-mail at CustomerService@ArtMaterialsOnline.com or telephone (1-800-363-7709). We will replace any defective or damaged goods, and make a pickup request to return the problem merchandise at our expense. We require that we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving an order that contains damaged or defective merchandise caused by the freight carrier. Please refuse damaged cartons or sign for your order noting any damage to cartons or boxes. ArtMaterialsOnline will not replace (at our expense) any damaged shipments where we are not notified within 48 hours of your receipt of your order.
WRONG ITEM RETURNS:
Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your order contains an item not listed on your packing list, please contact us immediately via e-mail at CustomerService@ArtMaterialsOnline.com or telephone (1-800-363-7709). We will replace wrong items and make a pickup request to return the problem merchandise at our expense. We require that we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving an order that contains wrong items.ArtMaterialsOnline will not replace (at our expense) any shipments containing wrong items where we are not notified within 48 hours of your receipt of your order.
All returns must include a Return Authorization form (R/A). Please do not ship items back without contacting us first for an R/A as you will not be credited. If within 14 days of the shipment date you decide you wish to return any unopened and unused merchandise you may request a return authorization. Returns must be sent back in original packing/boxes, and be in "brand new condition." There is a restocking charge based on the price you paid for the returned item(s), and you will not be credited for any of the original freight charge. The restocking charge % is subject to increases if the item(s) returned do not come back in "brand new condition" as described above. You will be responsible for the shipping of your returned item(s) and paying for the freight charges associated with that return. If you have no means of returning the items(s) on your own we can provide help if necessary. Special Order Items are non-returnable as well as these specific items/product categories: all Portfolios and Presentation products, Projectors, Mat Cutters, Light Boxes, Xyron Machines, Easels, Ready-Made Frames, Parallel Rules, Clearance and Overstock Specials, and certain Promotional or Limited Time Only items. If your order has all in-stock products, your order to a physical address within the 48 contiguous United States will normally be shipped within 24 hours of placement. Standard shipments will normally be delivered within 5-7 business days from when your order was placed (Monday through Friday). No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed from late afternoon Friday through Monday morning will be processed on Monday (except for National Holidays).
International shipments: the order recipient is responsible for for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. Shipping charges for international orders placed on our website are estimates only — our Customer Service staff will contact you with the exact charges for your international shipment.
Drop Shipments: on occasion, items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Drop-shipped items may be subject to addiional fees if shipping is expedited. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is to be express-shipped from another warehouse.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. ArtMaterialsOnline is not responsible for shipping charges to mis-typed addresses.
We take your security and privacy while visiting our site very seriously. SSL Encryption is active at all times during the ordering process. Credit card information and personal information is never sent via e-mail, and your personal information will not be sold, traded or made public in any way.
Orders are billed to your credit card upon being received. Your credit card will be billed for all items on the order including backordered and special order items. Back orders and special orders will be shipped as soon as products arrive in stock. In some cases items will be drop shipped from manufacturers or wholesale sources when deemed most expedient and appropriate. If any item on your order is back-ordered or a special-order item, our Customer Service department will contact you to see how you would like us to handle the order.
