Derwent Inktense Pencil Madder Brown

Derwent Inktense Pencils are a top-quality colored pencil that can be used either dry or wet. When mixed with water, they produce an intense, vibrant, ink-like color that is more opaque than traditional watercolor pencils. Once the color has dried it becomes permanent, so you can work over the top of it with either wet or dry media without bleeding.
