Make Your Own Scratchboard

Join us this Saturday at 1:00 pm when we’ll be demonstrating how you can make your own scratchboard using India ink and Ampersand Claybord.
 
If you are new to the world of scratchboard art, this is a great opportunity to learn how it’s done and try it out for yourself. In addition to showing how to make your own scratchboard surface, our staff artists will also talk about the basic engraving tools and techniques that are used to create a scratchboard image.

Inktober with Pentel Pens

Every October, artists all over the world take on the Inktober Drawing Challenge by doing one ink drawing a day the entire month.
 
Join us this Saturday at 1:00 pm when we’ll be showing how Pentel rollerball and brush pens can enhance your drawing practice and help you meet the Inktober challenge.
 
Inktober was created in 2009 by artist Jake Parker as a challenge to improve his inking skills and develop positive drawing habits. It has since grown into a worldwide endeavor with thousands of artists taking on the challenge every year.
