Art Materials offers a 14-day refund or exchange on unopened and undamaged items that do not show any signs of wear or damage in the return shipping process. We will issue a credit refund within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Pantone, portfolios, mat cutters and projectors can only be exchanged for a similar item of greater or equal value within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
The following items are not returnable due to their composition: adhesives, books/magazines, clay products, clearance items, clip art, custom frames, markers, paint, perishable media, and specialty papers.
Art Materials does not accept returns on international orders.
Damaged items: If you received damaged items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged merchandise. Contact the carrier (UPS) immediately to report the damage and call us to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please keep the box and packing materials, as UPS my need to see them.
