It’s easy to get the most out of your Groupon deal when you follow these simple step-by-step instructions:

step 1: check your picture size and format

—Your image can be oriented either horizontally or vertically.

— When choosing your photo, keep in mind that 1/4 inch on each edge of the picture will be covered by the mat.

— Picture dimensions should measure 11 x 14 inches at 300 dpi (minimum 3,330 x 4,200 pixels).

— File format can be .jpg or .tif format and should be at least 2.5 MB in size.

— Copy your file to a CD or flash drive. (To e-mail your file, see instructions below)



step 2: redeem your groupon in our store

— Drop off your cd or flash drive when you redeem your groupon at our store located at 2728 Lyndale Avenue South, Minneapolis. We’re open Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 to 5:00 pm.

(Note: after redeeming your groupon, you have the option of e-mailing your image file to web2@artmaterialsonline.com. This is also the address where you can send any technical questions regarding your digital image. Be sure to include your full name and a daytime phone number where you can be reached, as well as your groupon i.d. and barcode.)
